(;-)) Add the Koreans to the list of people who circumcize other than infants. I believe they generally go under the knife when they are about 12. Although a local anesthetic does reduce the amount of pain initially, I can't *IMAGINE* the pain one must experience during the healing process! Particularly on a member as dynamic as the penis! The darned thing changes its size (and to a lesser degree shape) so often that it must take forever to heal! Consider the difference in healing period of a cut on your arm and one on a joint (no pun intended). All I can say is that I'm certainly glad it was done to me when I was too young to remember!
