               Plane and their Applications"*

                          Abstract

     The connections between the following  topics  will  be
discussed:

1.   Zero-one vertex valuations of regular triangulation  in
     the plane.

2.   Sparse boolean matrices.

3    Additive permutations of sets  of  integers  and  their
     transformations, invariants, and symmetries.

4.   Perfect systems of difference sets.
