Unix was badly overloaded between about 1100 and 1145 today.  Please
let us know if anything failed mysteriously, and we'll try to help.

More generally, over the last few weeks there's been a consistent
pattern:  if massive overload is going to occur, it occurs around
11:00 in the morning.  It might help if people with non-urgent work
tried to do it at some other time of day.  We'd like your cooperation
in this; it may make a real difference.

We're doing what we can to cure the problem, but use of the system
keeps increasing, and we're running out of tricks.
