Please let us know if anything failed mysteriously, and we'll try to help. More generally, over the last few weeks there's been a consistent pattern: if massive overload is going to occur, it occurs around 11:00 in the morning. It might help if people with non-urgent work tried to do it at some other time of day. We'd like your cooperation in this; it may make a real difference.
