People submitting printouts to the printers in 336 -- lpr and hpr --
in the last little while will have received (in mail) complaints from
ms saying things like "lpr: cannot access `/lib/troff/ms/lpr-'".
We goofed; this is the result of a minor mistake in some recent changes
to ms.  It will be fixed soon.  Meanwhile, ignore these complaints.
They're harmless.
