A good price for an Accord LX is: $9,490.  That is not loaded.
A good price on the Prelude 5 speed is: $11,340 not loaded.

To quote my local Honda claims adjuster... "Honda never made a 5 mph
bumper in their life."  I think only the Prelude has the 5 mph
bumpers.  The Accords might have them.  The Civics absolutley do not.

This can be painful since the big moosey american car that forces
his nose up your ass can waltz away without a scratch, while your
Honda's bumper is crushed like a tin can in a Miller Light commercial.

There is ONE consolation... the bumper absorbs much of the impact
and by sacrificing it's own life, spares expensive repair to the
rest of the car.
