A few of these eggs were extremely hard to 'peel'. The shell stuck to the egg and was almost impossible to get off without destroying the white part ( not very pretty for Deviled Eggs ). I have heard 2 reasons for this: 1) Eggs too fresh 2) Eggs cooked too long My question is this...Is there any *EASY* way to get that stupid shell off if this should happen again? Thanks in advance. Diane Tierney :-)
