There happen to be more countries on this world than just the USA, where
research on encryption technology is being done too. Most of them do not
show the paranoid US CIA/NSA/DoW/DoC attitude. So if you need it, just ask
around in Europe (perhaps kremvax.....), Australia, Japan...
