I had set the permissions on the uucp-able file for gnumacs incorrectly,
and the 3 sites who tried to pick it up last night failed.  I have fixed
the problem, and it should be no problem to pick up now.

Once again, you can 'uucp osu-eddie!~/gnumacs.tar.Z <yourfile>' from
osu-eddie.  The login I distributed a couple days ago will restrict calling
to between 6pm and 6am (Eastern time) to keep our dialin free during the
work day.
