I, too, hate those assholes who hibeam you.  I have rigged up my car
with simply 2 sets of halogen driving lights.  They do the trick quite 
nicely.  Why 2 sets?  I have the second set mounted on my rear deck
attached to a blinker switch up front.  This adjusting the mirror stuff
just inconveniences the jerk and he moves out of the way, but a blinding
(brief) flash of light gets the message across.
