I've seen at least one set of parents who dealt with the problem in
a fairly responsible manner:  Junior starts SCREEEEAMING, Momma picks
up Junior, removes him to the parking lot where he is promptly
incarcerated in the family car until he decides to shut up. Child
mistreatment, someone shouts?  Maybe so, but it made the meal a lot
more pleasant.

Actually, I'd like to see restaurants initiate non-screaming sections
along with non-smoking sections. I'd eat there.
