I am having problems with the pc-dos SETBLOCK command (interrupt 21,
function 4A). The ES was set to the PSP (Program Segment Prefix) for
the start of the block. The BX register was set to reflect 17K less
than what was allocated at load time.

The interrupt kept returning a 7, memory control blocks destroyed.

What am I doing wrong??
