I have written send and receive routines that implement MODEM's protocol. The transfer goes without any problem. When I look at the received file though (assuming it was a text file) there is a lot of garbage at the end. How is the sending routine supposed to tell the receiving routine that there isn't a full record of data being sent (ie, where to put an EOF). Also, does anyone know the protocol used by MODEM for sending/receiving in batch mode? Thanks in advance, ken bass linus!faron!kbb
