re: the song Muskrat Love; i hate to break this to y'all, but neither the
Capt. and T., nor the group America wrote that turkey; it was rather a
good ol' boy from Texas named Willis Allan Ramsey, who was locally famous
for another song nomination: "Northeast Texas Women", which had a line about
how "those Dallas women standing up beat the others lying down..."
i don't know if had a perverted thing for little furry creatures or not.
