The proper title of you second choice is "The Home Comming Queen's Got A Gun" As for the aritst it was Julie Brown (from the "Specially Priced Mini LP 'Julie Brown - Goddess in Progress'") The writing of the song is credited to Brown-Coffey-McNally-Colcord.
