     I vote for the third movement of Mahler's First.  Somewhere in the middle,
(gosh, I seem to have left my score somewhere else) there is the gorgeous
ppp string part.  (It comes right after the harp solo).  Then comes a
flute statement.  That is immediately followed by an equally gorgeous
violin duet.
