Unstated specifically, but visually obvious was the fact that Dale Laboratories in Florida did the best job (by far) on 5247 film (and on 5294 if I remember correctly). After having shot about 10 rolls of 5247 I can enthusiastically recommend Dale Labs. The only other lab I have had 5247 work done by has been Red Tag and then only for reprints. Invariably they screw up the colors although they are very agreeable about redoing the prints at no charge. I always shoot 5247 at ASA 100 although most labs will force development (for a nominal charge) if you shoot at 200. I also always order slides and am pleased with the quality. I have never had Dale do any C-41 processing for me and would be interested in hearing of anybody's experiences with Dale in this regard.
