Certainly "Night and Fog" comes to mind, but it's been many years since
I've seen it, so I can't say for sure how well it will fit your requirements.
Another candidate is "Genocide", which is a single episode from the (BBC?)
documentary "World at War".  I believe both are still available through
the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith (at least for rental).
