I haven't either, but I certainly remember quite a bit of discussion about whether the following should be included in the morning prayers. I have no idea why Rabbi Birnbaum left them out of his siddur, but I suggest that we all pencil them in now, given our new enlightenment by Yakim Martillo. For Sefardi: Blessed be he who has not made me an ignorant, assimilated, ashkenazic, vusvus, slime, scum dreck. For Ashkenazim: Blessed be he who has made me an Ashkenazi, for some unknown whim, but even though I am not Sefardi, I'll try to live as best as I can anyway.
