Since gentiles are required to obey the laws of sexual purity as well,
then is a GENTILE descendent of an illegal marriage also a mamzer?

For example, suppose a child of an adulterous or incestuous relationship
wished to become a Ger.  Would that person be subject to the restrictions
Jews place on mamzurim?
