The above message from Laura beautifully sums up what I wanted to say all along and I have included it here for some unfortunate, sensitive, etc etc soul who missed it earlier. Also let's not argue about men vs boys, since it comes right at the tail end of the current girl-women debate and is therefore highly unfair towards the rest of the net community whose feathers don't get ruffled when they are called girls/boys.
