In a recent mailing ihuxo!dpa asked about color enhancing some of the 
Pertwee episodes that are no longer available in color (they were all 
filmed in color but, in some cases, only B&W copies survived after the 
master copeis were destroyed).

Some time ago Dr Who Monthly carried an article about the process of 
computer color enhancing and said that a Canadian company was using the 
process to color an old Dr Who story - The Tenth Planet (DD).

This is of course the first cyberman story and the first regeneration, when 
Hartnell's Doctor becomes Troughton's Doctor. I remember thinking this was 
quite scary when I saw it, so I am looking forward to its eventual release.
