Does anyone out there have a conversion program that takes as its input
a source file from Digital Standard Runoff (VAX/VMS Runoff) and 
produces as its output the equivalent source for UNIX Nroff ???
 
If you have such a thing I would appreciate it if you could mail it
to me or tell me where I might find it.
