Can anyone please tell me the best way to transmit files from Unix (via TIP)
(either 4.2BSD or System V running on Pyramid 90x) to ECLB on the arpanet.
As a point of information, I do not at this time know how to access a 
usenet gateway.

I would greatly appreciate any ideas.
