I ran into a little problem... It appears that when using the get option, if backup encounters any errors (like recoverable media errors) the file VMSBCKERR.TMP is created (it is assigned to SYS$ERROR). In creating the new disk saveset, VMSINSTAL included the VMSBCKERR.TMP file. This caused subsequent VMSINSTAL's to fail because the file VMSBCKERR.TMP couldn't be created since it already exists (as the new SYS$ERROR of the restoring BACKUP image).
