Favorite peanut butter sadwich fillings?

How about this:  take a hot toasted english muffin, lightly spread
with (cow's) butter, smear with Marmite and then smother with crunchy
peanut butter  --  yeah, delicious!!

Incidentally, Marmite and lettuce is a goody, also chickweed or cucumber,
and also sorrel.
