Another old fave is peanut butter with balogna (baloney?) and lots of lettuce (lest the sandwich get too dry) and maybe some red onion. I quite was releived, a few years ago, to find that the combination of peanuts and chilies and or meat was NOT as weird as my family & friends thought...Indonesian hot peanut sauce is wonderful, as is Kung Pao anything. Sure is nice to find out you're not totally demented...? Mark
