	Casserole (neat name, huh?)

Ground Beef (about a pound)
Frozen peas or beans (about 10 oz.)
Potato puffs (almost a pound)
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup

Layer uncooked beef in baking dish.  Cover with
vegetables.  Pour over this the can of soup and top
with potatoe puffs.  Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2
hours.

This is just too easy!  But real good...
