Actually the best way to deal with someone coming your way with their
high beams on is to blink your lights and then as they pass do a U turn
and flag them down and tell them you are a little anoyed at them and if
they don't want to be upset by that for the rest of their lives they should
thank you for pointing this out to them and make a donation to the heart fund
in your name and promise never, never to do that again.

Frank Silbermann gave me this idea.

(Actually, Silbermann never suggested this to me ((consciously)), but it is
in character, no??)
