WRONG!!!!!! It's not that the kids have no control over themselves; it's that the parents have no control over them. I have often seen little kids in restaurants who behave themselves beautifully. It's actually a pleasure to see well-behaved children *anywhere*! If they don't behave, then they ought to be left home. If they are out and act up, they should be taken into the washroom of the restauant and have it explained to them (via various methods) that their behaviour won't be tolerated. It isn't so difficult.
