Well, what do you expect from a company that employs more lawyers than
technicians? :-) If the FCC & Justice Dept. were to get off AT&T's case
tomorrow, MCI would be out of business by friday. The only thing that
keeps them competitive is regulatory maneuvering......oh, ":-)".
