The article of net.general which has the MCI ad is <136@ncvet>.
The sender (mtj@ncvet) ought to be censured from the net.  I
hope the administrator of ncvet removes usenet access from
this user before he can do further damage.  Maybe a system
where the system administrator (or someone else) ought to
screen the articles posted to the net from 'his' machine if
this kind of problem has occurred recently.
