I am under the impression that you can only wear 1 elven cloak
at a time.  If so, there is a bug which allows you to wear 2.
I was wearing a number of armor items including an elven cloak.  I
encountered a nymph who stole some of the armor but not the elven cloak.
I had another elven cloak which I was able to put on over the one I
was wearing.  When I took it off and tried to put it on again, I got
the message that I was already wearing one.
