	About 6 or 7 years ago I made the mistake of buying a bond fund
for each of my children. A single purchase with the interest going into a
stock fund.  Now, all of a sudden, I receive bills for no activity.  Imagine
that! First they charge you for doing something and then they charge you for
doing nothing.  What nerve.

	This could be a class action suit.  Will anyone who has received a 
$24.00 bill for no activity, without warning, please contact me.
