			       Job Opening



       Software	development engineer who would like to be a
       technical lead in an IC test system project.

       Project Description :

	  *  Short term:  to lead  investigation, design, and
	     implementation of Software	features which provide an
	     affective and flexible interface to tester	from a
	     variety of	CAE/CAD	tools.


	  *  Longer term:  to participate in or	lead investigation,
	     design, and implementation	of Software features which
	     improve productivity of IC	designers and test
	     engineers.	 The features may include other	application
	     aid tools,	improved/friendlier user interfaces, expert
	     systems, and other	knowledge based	products.

       Qualification:


	  *  BSEE/CS, MSEE/CS, or equivalent with at least three
	     years of software development experience.	Having
	     knowledge in or strong interest in	CAE/CAD, IC design,
	     or	testing	will be	highly desirable.  Familiarity in
	     UNIX and C	language is also highly	desirable.
