Experience: The candidate should have at least 1 years experience in Unix internals and design/implementation of software written in C running on the Unix operating system. Additional experience with Prolog, Modula-2, database, and/or networking will weigh heavily in the candidates favor. Duties: To assist in research/development of an NSF sponsored data oriented network system. The system will initially run on a supermini class machine, and eventually on an Ethernet based network of workstations. Requirements: 1.
