  Stolen from a Johnny Carson monologue :

   After several months of wearing a hearing aid, President Reagan complained
that his hearing was "imbalanced".  Thus he was fitted for a second hearing
aid for the other ear.  My question is "Why does President Reagan need two
hearing aids ?".

  He never listens to anyone on the left anyway !!!
