Maybe I missed the joke, but I don't find endless articles on
the shapes of manhole covers particularly funny.  I wonder if
net.jokes.d was created for the real jokes and net.jokes used
for the inane conversations about submarine cross-sections.
 
Now for the joke (I wouldn't wish to be accused of hypocrisy (:-) )
