Sperm carry either girl gene or boy gene, and each male produces different
ratios of the two.  Boy sperm travel faster but die sooner and prefer
a low acidity environment.  Each of the techniques should be weighed against
these two facts.

Preparation for boy: male to abstain for 1 week and work out daily - up sperm count
Positions for boy: maximize penetration - sperm don't have to go so far.
Douche for boy: mild baking soda solution - safer environment for boy sperm
TIMING IS EVERYTHING: woman should be certain ovulation has occured by monitoriong
temperature and doing mucus test - sperm don't have to wait so long!

Reverse the above to improve chances for a girl baby.
