Sorry for posting here, but net.wanted got little response.
I am looking for any pointers to ANYTHING which can handle
symbolic math manipulation, etc.  Right now I am flying
blind as to what is available, from who, how much it costs, etc.
ANY help is greatly appreciated.  Specifically, I am looking
for vendors name (or preferably free from an institution?), what it
can do, or any other experience, etc..  I have heard of (but have no
experience with and do not know where to find) Macsyma, Reduce, and
MAPLE.  If interest dictates, I will post summary or mail out to 
individuals.  Thanks in advance.
