	I am planning to set up a national bulletin board for urban
planners here at Rutgers. I am wondering two things:
	1) Who would be interested in such a board? If there are any
planners on the net, please respond directly to me. If there are
enough, would a mailing list (through Usenet) be in order?
	2) Where can I get BBS software for the IBM PC? I am on
Compuserve, but don't have ARPAnet access, so I can't FTP.
