Co., Inc., Everett, WA Lines: 10 There was just an article in our local paper (Seattle Times) about shareware and apparently some authors have grossed in six figures for shareware. (A number that sticks in my mind is $240,000 gross revenue). These people advertise too, generating a larger user base from which shared copies spread.
