I am writing an application that requires an accurate measurement of elapsed
time.  Unfortunately the only time related function I could find in
Inside Mac was to TickCounts which is only accurate to the nearest 60'th of
a second.  

Does anyone know of a way to obtain a more accurate measurement of 
elapsed time?
