In the April 1 issue of _InfoWorld_, a news article says, A company called Mindworks will soon begin publishing a quarterly that is something of a cross between a computer magazine and _The_Sharper_Image_ catalog. Called _Icon_Review_, it's dedicated to reviewing Macintosh software. The staff is boiling down Apple's list of 440 available Macintosh programs to what it thinks are the 30 or so "best" programs, which the staff will review -- and sell by mail order. The magazine is free to Macintosh owners and carries no advertising; the mail-order sales are expected to support the publication... To get on the mailing list, write to _Icon_Review_, P.O. Box 2566, Monterey, California 93942. Sounds like something for the yuppie in us. ...and the usual corporate affiliation disclaimer. John Lam______ {allegra,seismo,decvax}!rochester!ur-univax!ning
