Publication #17 is a good overall information source for many types of tax information. I already have this publication so I ordered a few of the others. Well, what I got 10 days later was publication #17 (which I did not order) and none of the publications I ordered. There was a note explaining that Publication #17 should tell me what I need to know and that if I need more information, then I should order the other publications! This reminds of the definition of "recursion" found in a WPI LISP manual: recursion See "recursion".
