But, since you're my friend, I'll respond. Sure, I have heard the names "Bruce" and "Brucie" used as derogatory names in reference to gay people. I have known only one gay person named Bruce, and he never acted in any way different from the many other gay people I know. There's also a Rick Springfield song called "They Call Me Bruce", but that's in reference to people confusing him with Bruce Springsteen, who DEFINITLY does not act gay in any way. Andrew S.
