That they see themselves as "so unique" (I know that's a misconstruction)
that they MUST have their OWN group.  Perhaps because, in reality, talk
of the Dead doesn't belong in a music group, since it doesn't qualify ...
(No, I won't say it.)

Such warm openmindedness, toleration of other people's tastes is the hallmark
of separatists in this newsgroup.

It also doesn't make one single group a candidate for its own subgroup.  There
is nothing wrong with continuing to post to a music newsgroup shared by all
(well, almost all...).

deadhead (and I don't mean "Deadhead").  Thank you so much for your
