Uh, do you realize that this is illegal?  There has been a raging debate
in net.micro.apple lately about pirating software.  One of the points
often brought up is that copying your friend's floppies is just as
illegal as copying his record albums!  Recordings are copyrighted and it
is a violation of that copyright to do exactly what you are proposing
above.

Not a good way to start a newsgroup.
