It also makes a difference about how govt kickbacks to individuals has changed. While the lower tax brackets may be paying a smaller percentage of what they earn to the fed, the level of services they receive has also been cut drastically. Anyone have the stats with all this stuff figured in somewhere? I've seen such stats, but don't recall where. jeff m
