I don't have the original article where you said this, but I remember you
as *defining* a socialist gov't in these terms (since people were going
through a "let's define xxx-ism" phase).  Something like:
"I define any government that kills 10,000,000 of it's own people as
socialist."  If you (or anyone else) still has a copy of the original
article, please mail a copy to me.  It was the non-sequitur nature of the
claim that embedded it into my memory.  Anyone else remember this?
