Yes...	Find many friends, and then see if any of them naturally evolve into
lovers, then into mates, then into spouses (hey, go for polygamy!).

With you selection criteria, you MAY find a spouse, but you are rejecting
many people who COULD be ("just") friends, as totally unworthy of any of
your time, because they are NOT spouse material.  Closed minded?  maybe
just overly goal oriented?  Try less to control things, and more to flow
with what comes your way.
